This is a screencap I got from the "Smith and Jones" episode. I love that eyebrow.
I tried to make my shading more distinct because I think that's one major thing I'm lacking with my drawings.
My sister likes this better than my previous drawing of the Doctor, but I'm not sure....
Drawn in ~3 hours with HB and 2B pencils. 75 lb. drawing paper.
